Tender agreed
Specification and price is agreed by the client and the Business Development Manager.
Credit limit agreed
Business Development Manager agrees credit limit with client.
Survey Days
The service level agreement is decided in full and confirmed with the client and the Business Development Manager. The projected number of surveys and dates are then discussed with the client.
Survey Appointments
Surveyor attends the address with the client Liaison Officer to conduct the kitchen survey. Once complete, Liaison Officer and resident will confirm their colour choices for the kitchen design to the surveyor.
Kitchen Design
The residents’ choices and all other relevant information will be passed onto our internal Contracts team who will then create the kitchen layout and design.

Once a date is agreed with the client, the Business Development Manager agrees a delivery date in line with this through our Contract Operations team.

Day Of Delivery
A 2-person Delivery is made using Wren’s very own fleet into a room of the resident’s choice.
All items are scanned off the delivery vehicle using a flexipod scanner to ensure all deliveries are complete and in full.

We pride ourselves on employing highly experienced, industry leading social housing professionals. All projects are assigned a dedicated Business Development Manager, who will manage the tender process, confirming specification and price.
To maximise site efficiency and quality, dedicated surveyors work closely with the client’s liaison team to conduct the kitchen surveys and confirm the resident’s choices using our selection sheet.
Our internal team of Contracts Designers will use the information from the Business Development Manager and surveyor to create the kitchen layout and design.
