Fast-moving high-rise schemes with specific requirements are what we do every day. With an industry-leading 3-4 week call-off period, and thorough on site management of the whole process, we’re setting the industry standards in project delivery. Two or three stage installation to suit the programme demands are built into our processes. If an item needs replacing, we provide a 48-hour turnaround on remedial parts.
Our FIRA Gold accredited installation service includes a check measure on every plot, on-site safety management and delivery handled by our employed team members. A non-working full-time supervisor service is available where the programme and project requires it.
The process
Consultation
You will be contacted by a member of our experienced sales team that has a thorough understanding of high-rise schemes. They will clarify the spec, specific site requirements and scope of works to ensure a compliant offer is proposed.
Realisation
Our design team will work closely with the sales team to bring your project to life. Using our bespoke planning software alongside your specific project needs, we will create a proposal that is compliant whilst considering Value Engineering options. We often finalise requirements through post tender meetings and design workshops, interacting with other trades such as M&E and dry-liners.
Pre start
Once everything is finalised, we will conduct a Pre-Start meeting at your site. If appropriate you will be allocated a full-time site supervisor for your scheme to manage the entire process. The Pre-Start meeting addresses key health and safety considerations and project specifics, such as palletised delivery, timed access and independent H&S visits. You'll also receive a copy of our FIRA Gold-accredited installation promises, along with a site-specific risk and method statement.
Call off
With the Pre-Start completed, you're ready for call-off! We'll provide a site-specific call-off sheet for your development, or we will manage the process for you if there are pre-determined choices. The lead time is a maximum of 4 weeks, with every plot check measured at least once. Co-ordination between trades and programme requirements is handled completely by us.
Delivery
On the day of delivery, our FORS Gold-certified fleet and employed off-loaders will deliver to the correct, secure plot. We are used to working to timed deliveries, using hoists, palletising plots or other challenging conditions. To ensure everything runs smoothly, our dedicated delivery team will visit your development before the delivery day to inspect local roads, access routes to plots, and review any specific instructions you may have.

All of our products are quality-control checked at our UK-based factories, scanned out of the factory, into the truck and out of the truck into your plot to ensure you’re not missing any items on the day of installation.
Installation
On the day of installation, our BIFIS Approved Installation Team will arrive in line with the pre-start guidance to commence our FIRA Gold Installation Service supported by our dedicated Installation Manager. Once the installation is complete, the installer will carry out a post installation check from left to right prior to approaching the site team for sign off. Once signed off, the kitchen will be carefully wrapped to protect the frontals and worktops.
Due to the volume of installations that may be taking place across a high-rise project, we add an additional sign off that allows your site team to complete a floor sign off with your Installation Manager, for added peace of mind.
