The process
Consultation
You will be contacted by a member of our dedicated sales team who has experience of working on bespoke projects. They will work with you to further understand the specific needs of your project, what budget or product constraints are in place, and what scope there is, if any, for Value Engineering the proposal. Our aim is to provide a compliant proposal but with an understanding around Commercial challenges.
Realisation
Our design team will work closely with the sales team to bring your project to life. Using state-of-the-art planning software alongside your project needs, we will create a solution that suits your scheme perfectly. Working through mock-ups, factory visits, mood boards and samples, we mould the proposal to the specifics of the scheme, the design intent and the delivery schedule. Post tender reviews and design workshops are carried out as we progress the designs to Status A.
Pre start
Once everything is finalised, we will conduct a Pre-Start meeting at your site. You will have a full-time site supervisor allocated to your scheme to manage the entire process. The Pre-Start meeting addresses key health and safety considerations and project specifics, such as palletised delivery, timed access and independent H&S visits. You'll also receive a copy of our FIRA Gold-accredited installation promises, along with a site-specific risk and method statement. Benchmark plots are allocated and programmes produced to ensure on time, on budget delivery.
Call off
We will manage the entire call off process for you. The lead time is managed by our site development team to ensure that items with a longer lead time due to their bespoke nature are procured and delivered to meet the schedule. Every plot is check measured at least once, and co-ordination between trades and programme requirements is handled completely by us.
Delivery
On the day of delivery, our FORS Gold-certified fleet and employed off-loaders will deliver to the correct, secure plot. We are used to working to timed deliveries, using hoists, palletising plots or other challenging conditions. To ensure everything runs smoothly, our dedicated delivery team will visit your development before the delivery day to inspect local roads, access routes to plots, and review any specific instructions you may have. We plan staged deliveries where appropriate to ensure furniture, solid surface worktops and appliances are delivered on time whilst mitigating any site risks.

All of our products are quality-control checked at our UK-based factories, scanned out of the factory, into the truck and out of the truck into your plot to ensure you’re not missing any items on the day of installation.
Installation
On the day of installation, our BIFIS Approved Installation Team will arrive in line with the pre-start guidance to commence our FIRA Gold Installation Service supported by our dedicated Installation Manager. Once the installation is complete, the installer will carry out a post installation check from left to right prior to approaching the site team for sign off. Once signed off, the kitchen will be carefully wrapped to protect the frontals and worktops.
